Emilio Aguinaldo College Manila is very happy to announce that it had conferred posthumously a Doctor of Public Administration (honoris causa) to Hon. Elpidio “Pidi” F. Barzaga, Jr., for his selfless contributions to the growth and development of the City of Dasmariñas and the province of Cavite.
The conferment ceremonies were attended by his wife, Hon. Mayor Jennifer Austria-Barzaga, and their three (3) children to receive the diploma and the medallion as the symbol of his outstanding leadership, commitment, and achievements in the field of public service. This was witnessed by the Sangguniang Bayan of Dasmarinas City and other close friends and relatives of the late Congressman.
This was given on the 30th Day of July, 2024 on the occasion of the 51st Commencement Exercises of Emilio Aguinaldo College Manila at the Plenary Hall of the Philippine International Convention Center, Pasay City, Philippines.
