PRE-ADMISSION GUIDELINES:

  1. Pre-Admission Activities and Information

To ensure that prospective learners make an informed decision to enroll at the Emilio Aguinaldo College (EAC), the ASR Office will conduct orientation or awareness campaign or pre-admission activities such as:

  1. Talks with prospective learners during ASR personnel visit to schools and barangays
  2. Individual/group conferences with prospective learners who visit the ASR Office
  3. Campus Tours
  4. Providing of information via EAC/ASR Official Facebook, EAC website, or ASR email.
  5. Distribution of EAC brochures and other information campaign materials

These activities are to direct dissemination of the following information to the prospective learners:

  1. EAC as an academic institution, its philosophy, vision, mission, objectives, commitment to quality education, social responsibility, and learners’ educational engagement.
  2. Admission procedures and requirements, tuition fees
  3. Scholarships and Financial Aids
  4. Other relevant information

Preparation of Admission Requirements

As part of the pre-admission preparation, the prospective learners are to be informed of the following admission requirements for submission to the ASR Office. Said requirements will serve as basis for evaluation and approval of admission.

High School

Admission Requirements:

  1. Duly Accomplished Online/Fillable Application Form;
  2. High School Report Card or Form 138/SF9 (Original copy);
  3. Certificate of Good Moral Character (Original copy);
  4. PSA/Issued Birth Certificate (photocopy); and
  5. Four (4) copies of 2×2 colored pictures
  6. Assessment Form for Special Needs
  7. Undertaking form (for incomplete documents)
  8. ESC Certificate (Original Copy) for ESC Grantees only.
  9. Qualified Voucher Recipient Certificate (for successful voucher applicants) for Gr.11. only

 College Freshmen

Admission Requirements:

  1. Duly Accomplished Online/Fillable Application Form;
  2. Senior High School Report Card or Form 138/SF9 (Original copy);
  3. Certificate of Good Moral Character (Original copy);
  4. PSA/Issued Birth Certificate (photocopy); and
  5. Four (4) copies of 2×2 colored pictures
  6. Assessment Form for Special Needs
  7. Undertaking form (for incomplete documents)

Tech.Voc Program (Caregiving)

A referral form will be given to the learner. The School Dean/College Secretary/Program Head/Faculty Adviser will conduct an interview, evaluate the learner applicant’s credentials, accomplish the referral form and forward his/her evaluation/recommendation to the ASR Office.

Admission Requirements:

  1. Duly Accomplished Online/Fillable Application Form;
  2. High School Report Card or Form 138/SF9 (Original copy)/ Transcript of Record (TOR)/ ALS Certificate of Completion
  3. Certificate of Good Moral Character (Original copy);
  4. PSA/Issued Birth Certificate (photocopy); and
  5. Four (4) copies of 2×2 colored pictures
  6. Assessment Form for Special Needs
  7. Undertaking form (for incomplete documents)

Transferees, Degree Holders/Second Degree Learners

A referral form will be given to the learner. The School Dean/College Secretary/Program Head/Faculty Adviser will conduct an interview, evaluate the learner applicant’s credentials, accomplish the referral form and forward his/her evaluation/recommendation to the ASR Office.

Admission Requirements:

  1. Referral Form (with Recommendation and signature of the Evaluator)
  2. Duly Accomplished Online/Fillable Application Form;
  3. Transcript of Records/Copy of Grades (Original copy and photocopy);
  4. Certificate of Good Moral Character (Original copy);
  5. Certificate of Transfer Credentials (or Honorable Dismissal) from the school last attended;
  6. PSA/Issued Birth Certificate (photocopy);
  7. Four (4) copies of 2×2 colored pictures; and
  8. Marriage Certificate (for married female applicant).
  9. Assessment Form for Special Needs
  10. Undertaking form (for incomplete documents)

Cross Enrollees

The student must check the availability of the subject/s and their schedules at the department/School concern.

Admission Requirements:

  1. Duly Accomplished Application Form;
  2. Three (3) copies of Cross-Enrollment Permit; and
  3. Four (4) copies of 2×2 colored pictures.

Foreign Learner

During pre-admission the foreign learner will present his or her documents to the ASR staff/director for evaluation. Once the documents are validated, A referral form will be given to the learner for evaluation. The School Dean/College Secretary/Program Head/Faculty Adviser will conduct an interview, evaluate the learner applicant’s credentials, accomplish the referral form, and forward his/her evaluation/recommendation to the ASR Office.

The foreign learner has to accomplish/submit admission requirements categorized as documents that are “not in Apostille” and “Original Documents in Apostille”.

Admission Requirements that are not in Apostille:

  1. Duly Accomplished Online/Fillable Application Form;
  2. Acceptance Letter from Emilio Aguinaldo College (Original);
  3. Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR)/Student Visa/Tourist Visa;
  4. Original and photocopy of Certificate of Quarantine (only for applicants with Tourist Visa);
  5. Original and photocopy of Certificate of Transfer Credential/ Honorable Dismissal (only for foreign learners who are transferees from other colleges/universities in the Philippines);
  6. Two (2) photocopies of Passport pages where name, photo, date of birth and place of birth appear;
  7. Four (4) copies of 2×2 colored pictures.
  8. Undertaking form (for Incomplete documents)

Admission Requirements that are Original Documents in Apostille:

  1. Birth Certificate with English translation;
  2. Transcript of Records with English translation (only for foreign learners who have not been enrolled in any college/university in the Philippines);
  3. Marriage Contract (for married female applicants);
  4. Notarized Affidavit of Support and Proof of Adequate Financial Support; and
  5. Police Clearance issued from the country of origin.
